Governor Mitt Romney: Well, you know, I think you do have to have, in your own mind -- whether you're a general or a secretary of defense or a president, you have to have a time frame that you're moving to.

 

Wolf Blitzer: What is yours?

 

Governor Mitt Romney: And -- well, I'm not going to -- I don't have a specific time frame today -- but a time frame and milestones along the way of what you would like to accomplish, when.
