1. John F. Kennedy’s Catholicism was a major issue in 1960, and his brother Ted Kennedy made Romney’s Mormonism an issue in 1994. A part of the issue is whether the political responsibilities of an elected representative could be manipulated by the mandates of a pope or prophet. To which, by the way, JFK and Romney both answered no.

Liberals are idealist

It is good to be liberal. However, Liberals are not liberal. Having abortions has nothing to do with being liberal. You can be liberal with your own money. Liberals think that it is a virtue to be liberal with other people's money. You can not be liberal with other people's money. Robin Hood was bad. Everyone thinks they deserve money more than their neighbor. Liberals are hypocrites. Liberals are prejudiced. Liberals are bigots.
