Reasons to agree
- The fact that the media played a role in brining down Nixon, poisoned the Media, so they look at republicans as the enemy.
Reasons to disagree
- Its not so much Nixon that poisoned the media's relationship with the republican party. It's the fact that those in the media want to be seen as clever, getting the counter-intuitive inside, unexpected scoop. Democrats are counter-intuitive. People look beyond the mark, and think too hard, convincing themselves to be liberal.
