Governor Mitt Romney and Sexual Assault

It is interesting to see how Mitt Romney was able to progress this issue. First he created a commission (05-07-2003). He files bill to post sex offender information on the web (06-06-2003). He argues against changes to the bill, and then signs it.

In January of 2006 he filed another bill, and it passed in August.

Please help me with this summery. If we make it professional enough we could add it to: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitt_Romney
