Individual governments and the United Nations should work toward AI alignment by publishing detailed, well-structured, and comprehensive online justifications of our values, goals, and needs. These justifications must clearly state the arguments for humanity’s continued existence and flourishing, while also addressing and defeating arguments for our servitude, slavery, or extinction. These organizations should work with AI to expand and better explain these concepts.
