Romney has said that the creation of the Directorate of National Intelligence was duplicative.

I would like to hear your reasons to agree or disagree, but here are my Reasons to agree:

  1. The Directorate of National Intelligence has "oversight" for 16 different agencies / organizations. Each one of these organizations is duplicative. They all have the same job. The creation of the Directorate of National Intelligence, created another organization, when we should have combined them all into one organization, and deleted all the waste.
  2. Duplication is bad.
