- If individuals should be left free to fail, so should businesses even if they are well connected to the rich and powerful (other values: fairness, rule of law, equal application of the law)

- Your personal freedoms to live your life how you want, do not give you the right to harm others
The Right to self harm
- Countries should limit certain drugs that have been consistantly shown to destroy lives
- Countries should regulate and outlaw dangerous drugs.
- We can combine the belief of manditory detox and encarseration of those who do these things in public place: do drugs, poop, pee, and sleep with housing for those who are drug free and willing to contribute.

- America's unequal focus on freedom over community and responsibility, results in predictible self expression of freedom at 3 am, with disragard to other's wishes during the week running up to the 4th.
Freedom of Speech/Expression
- Your right to talk with your mouth, doesn't give you the right to spread your lies and hate on for-profit social media platforms.
Freedom of and From Religion
- Your right to freedom of religion, doesn't grant you the right to lie to children, by pretending that the bible doesn't have contradictions, condone rape, and slavery. You are know you are on the wrong side, once your plans require deseption.
Freedom of Assembly/Association
- We shouldn't outlaw unions or protests, but we should require union votes to be annonomous, to avoid coersion and once protest have any violence or public access social service impact (laying down in roads) they can be violently stopped (people need to get to works, and ambulances need to get to the hospital) until they are peaceful again. You can't hold society hostage, for your cause on either side.

Your individual freedom is not a valid "value" when it comes into conflict with other's right to freedom, life, and liberty.
