Governor Mitt Romney Announces Support of Governor Don Carcieri

Boston, MA – Today, Governor Mitt Romney announced that Governor Don Carcieri (R-RI) will be joining the Romney for President campaign.


"It is an honor to have the support of Governor Carcieri. As Governor of a neighboring state, I saw first hand his strong leadership and dedication to the people of Rhode Island. He has an impressive record of accomplishment," said Governor Romney. "I am humbled to have him supporting me now."


With today's announcement, Governor Carcieri said, "Governor Romney has a strong record of results for the people of Massachusetts.
