"A trip to Sun City Hilton Head appears to have paid immediate dividends for GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney, who Saturday won the most support in a local straw poll.
"The former Massachusetts governor, who visited Beaufort County last month, received 36 of the 103 ballots cast after the Beaufort County Republican Party's convention, with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani ranking second."
