Reasons to agree

1. We should consolidate and streamline the numerous federal programs in this area, and focus on giving workers the skills they need to succeed in a global economy.
2. Global trade causes good, but we also send low skilled jobs overseas. To make this less painful for those who's jobs are sent overseas, we need to re-train them so they can have better jobs, with skills that will make themselves and their children proud.
